Lake View Halal Food in Koh Samui is an amazing local spot that truly stands out. The food was really delicious, fresh and full of authentic flavours. It has that cosy, local restaurant vibe that makes the experience feel genuine and relaxed. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Their warm hospitality adds so much to the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend Lake View Halal Food to anyone visiting Koh Samui. Whether you’re looking for great halal options or simply want a fantastic local meal.
Great views overlooking the area, and the food itself was decent with a few Malay-style dishes on the menu. Nothing too fancy, but tasty enough. What really stood out was the staff. Super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel a lot better. Close to Central Market.
I highly recommend this place! The staff is absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. We ordered our food 'Thai spicy' and it was truly spicy, but also delicious and full of flavor. Everyone in our group chose a different dish, and we all left very satisfied. We also recommend the mango smoothie-it’s perfect for putting out the fire in your mouth after the spicy food!
Honestly hands down the best of the best. Had the chicken tempura and when I say it was the best I’ve had. Like genuinely when I make it I thought it was good but nope. This has to be best. After 9 weeks In Thailand between Bangkok Chiang mai, Pattaya. This place in koh samui has had the best chicken I’ve genuinely tasted
Me and my family had one of the most beautiful and heart-touching experiences in this restaurant at Koh Samui. Two caring and loving sisters run this and make mouth watering halal food. Not only were we served delicious food with an incredible view of the lake, but the kindness and generosity shown here truly touched our hearts. The food was served with love, and to our surprise, the sisters served Green Thai tea, passion fruit juice and fresh fruits to my kid without any charge. I was even gifted some plants to take home - a gesture that felt so warm and personal. It wasn’t just about the food but about the way they made me feel welcomed, valued, and respected. Sitting there, enjoying the breathtaking view while being treated with such kindness, reminded me that true hospitality is not about business - it’s about care and warmth. We will never forget this moment of generosity. May Allah bless them with barakah in everything they do. If you’re ever in Koh Samui, this is not just a place to eat - it’s a place to experience kindness, warmth, and the beauty of sharing.
A group of aunties runs this shop, and they are extremely friendly and kind. You can really feel that the food is cooked with love. The vegetables used are all grown beside their house. A recommended menu item is their fried chicken breast (the upper left in the picture)- it’s simple, but incredibly delicious.
This was my second visit here and I’m going to say the same thing as last time: it’s the best restaurant on Koh Samui. The food is excellent and all the women who work there are simply brilliant. A special mention for the best mango smoothie on Koh Samui :)
Absolutely wonderful experience! I can totally recommend the Pad Thai - it was incredibly delicious - but the real highlight was the Mango Smoothie. I’ve genuinely never had anything like it before. So fresh, so rich, so unique! The food was prepared very quickly, and everything tasted amazing. I’m truly grateful for the great service and the delicious meal. An absolute recommendation - really, very, very, very tasty!
